VITALITY/ENERGY/JOINTS/MUSCLE Clove oil provides energy, promotes clarity of mind, and improves concentration. Clove also has a powerful purifying effect. Massages warm muscles and joints.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 or 2 drops once a day. Take with 1 tablespoon of honey or an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops depending on your preference or room size.
