DIGESTION/CIRCULATION/RESPIRATORY TRACT
Bay leaf oil stimulates appetite and promotes good digestion. A bay-based oil or cream is a good aid for circulation. Add a drop to your shampoo to tone the scalp. Also in a mouthwash for its beneficial effects on gum health.Use:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops daily. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
