Bay leaf oil stimulates the appetite and promotes good digestion. A bay leaf-based oil or cream is a good aid for circulation. Add a drop to your shampoo to tone your scalp. Also, add a drop to mouthwash for its beneficial effects on gum health.Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops daily. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
