RELAX/STRESS/SLEEP/CIRCULATION/SKIN CARELavandin is a cross between Lavandula officinalis and spica. This cross has produced clones, including grosso (mainly used in perfumery), super, and abrialis. Lavandin purifies the skin, supports circulation, and calms.
Usage:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops once a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
