RELAX/STRESS/SLEEP/CIRCULATION/SKIN CARE Lavandin is a cross between Lavandula officinalis and Lavandula spica. This cross has produced clones, including grosso (mainly used in perfumery), super, and abrialis. Lavandin purifies the skin, supports circulation, and soothes.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops once a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
