SKIN CARE/ INSECTS/RELAX/STRESS/SLEEPChamomile relaxes. It calms and soothes the stomach and reduces feelings of inflammation. It protects, regenerates and purifies the skin. It soothes insect bites.
Usage:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on preference or room size.
