SKIN CARE/ INSECTS/ RELAXATION/ STRESS/ SLEEP Chamomile is relaxing. It soothes and calms the stomach and reduces feelings of bloating. It protects, regenerates, and purifies the skin. It soothes insect bites.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on preference or room size.
