PHYSALIS ORGANIC CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL 5 ML
(Cinnamomum zeylanicum)- Origin: Madagascar

Cinnamon warms the body and provides energy. Its spicy scent evokes the Christmas season.
Usage:
- Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical use: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Apply only to a small skin area.
- Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops depending on your preference or room size.
