Juniper oil is an important component of preparations intended to relieve muscle pain and joint stiffness.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 drop once a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
