RESPIRATORY TRACT/INSECTS
Eucalyptus oil is traditionally used to soothe the airways and clear breathing. It has warming properties in muscle and joint massages. Its scent is repulsive to insects.Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or room size.
