RESPIRATORY TRACT/INSECTS
Eucalyptus oil is traditionally used to soothe the respiratory tract and ease breathing. Warming properties for muscle and joint massage. Repellent odor for insects.Use:
- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Topical route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
