TRUE LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL BIO 10 ML PHYSALIS

RELAXATION/STRESS/SLEEP/SKIN CARE/INSECTS True lavender oil is one of the most widely used essential oils, undoubtedly due to its particularly pleasant aroma. It has relaxing properties and soothes insect bites.
Use:
- Oral administration: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
- Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room. For diffusion, choose Lavandin, which has an equally pleasant aroma and is more economical.
