Especially used for dry, impure, and sensitive skin, Physalis Organic Castor Oil is a light orange, viscous oil extracted from castor beans. It has a high content (up to 90%) of ricinoleic acid (ω9) glycerides.

Thanks to its high viscosity, castor oil is very useful as a softener and moisturizer for skin and hair. It is an excellent emollient that keeps the skin supple. It is also very useful for promoting hair growth by providing the roots with the necessary fatty acids; reducing dandruff; and delaying graying (hair graying). For men, castor oil is recommended for beard care and is also used as an eyelash enhancer .

Physalis tips: Castor oil can be used as a base for creating oils. A recommended daily care oil with purifying and detoxifying properties is 1 part argan oil to 3 parts castor oil.
