Satiating shakes are designed to function as meal replacements in weight control diets, as well as an additional nutrient supply in deficiency states and for people with high nutritional needs such as athletes, elderly and convalescent individuals. Green coffee contains chlorogenic acids that, in weight loss diets, increase lipolysis and the feeling of satiety; they also stimulate the utilization of fat reserves for energy. Green coffee has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces insulin in the blood, making it a great cardiovascular protector. The vitamins and minerals found in shakes are essential for carrying out our daily lives and for our body to function. Vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are fat-soluble, and water-soluble vitamins, such as those of group B, folic acid, and vitamin C; have various and important functions in our body as they participate in the formation of hormones, blood cells, nervous system chemicals, and genetic material. Their great importance is also due to the fact that these substances cannot be assimilated by the body and must be obtained from external sources. Minerals are important nutrients for our body, being essential for various processes such as muscle contractions, nerve reactions, and blood clotting, among others.

Ingredients:

Skimmed milk powder, fructose, milk proteins (milk), fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L. root)), maltodextrin, bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambos L., stem). Thickener: xanthan gum. Magnesium carbonate, potassium citrate, green coffee extract (Coffea arabica L., bean), iron gluconate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), choline bitartrate, inositol, copper gluconate, manganese gluconate, potassium iodide, chromium picolinate, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), sodium selenite, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin K (phylloquinone), D-biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Sweetener: sucralose (E 955) (maltodextrin). Color: beta-carotene. Natural vanilla flavor.

Instructions for use:

Add three tablespoons (approximately 50g) to a large glass (250ml) of semi-skimmed milk or vegetable drink, stir and drink immediately. Do not boil. It is recommended to drink 2 liters of water per day. Meal replacements for weight control should be consumed as part of a low-calorie diet supplemented with varied foods. Replacing one meal a day with a meal replacement in a low-calorie diet helps maintain weight after losing it. Not to be consumed by pregnant women.
