Food supplement based on caprylic acid and mineral caprylates , without sodium or resins.

Caprylyl is a saturated fatty acid found naturally in coconut oil and butterfat. It is easily broken down in the intestinal tract, where it can be used as energy.

Solaray's Caprylyl caprylic acid formula is formulated with a special blend of calcium, magnesium, and zinc that may help maintain a healthy microbial environment .

Caprylic acid has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. It has been shown to be effective against vaginal infections caused by Candida albicans, which cause candidiasis . It is also effective against other yeasts such as Rhodotorula and Geotrichium, and/or fungi such as ringworm.
