Presentation and composition:

60 capsules of 600mg, with brewer's yeast (370mg), choline (50mg), inositol (50mg), vitamin B3 (18mg), vitamin B5 (6mg), vitamin B6 (2mg), vitamin B2 (1.6mg), vitamin B1 (1.4mg), vitamin B9 (0.2mg), vitamin B12 (0.001mg), biotin (0.00015mg) Vegetable cellulose capsule. One capsule provides 100% of the RDA of all B vitamins.

Properties:

These vitamins activate metabolism, growth, and cellular respiration; they act as enzyme catalysts; and are necessary for the synthesis of carbohydrates, proteins (such as hemoglobin), and fatty acids. The advantage of taking them together is that, since most are found in the same foods, if one is deficient, the same is very likely to occur with many of the others. Furthermore, since these vitamins are water-soluble, they are lost in the urine, leaving the body without "reserves" of them. Some of the diseases that cause vitamin B deficiency states are pellagra (extreme dry skin), beriberi, and pernicious anemia. The B complex is an excellent supplement for people who suffer from deficiency symptoms such as skin lesions, brittle hair and nails, fatigue, anemia, and athletes (due to sweating).
