It contains (1,3)-(1,6)-?-D-glucans (Yestimun®; 100% Saccharomyces cerevisiae), with a clinically proven effect, and rockrose extract with polyphenols. It is important to ensure adequate rest and relaxation, regular breathing, and a varied and balanced diet, as these are essential factors for maintaining a healthy immune system.

Instructions for use:
1 to 2 tablets daily. Take during meals with a little water or fruit juice.Recommendations:
