Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is an algae with a high percentage of protein , this is because it has all the essential amino acids and nine non-essential ones, minerals such as potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium, iron and phosphorus; also all the B vitamins, vitamin E, complex sugars, carotenoids, enzymes and essential fatty acids. Spirulina is recommended for people who are on restrictive diets, have anemia , are on vegetarian diets (because it helps thanks to its high B12 content), are convalescing, elderly people and children, among others.

Ingredients:

Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E341), microcrystalline cellulose (E460) and gum arabic (E414), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); maltodextrin.

Instructions for use:

Take 2 tablets twice a day with meals.
