Hawthorn offers many health benefits, particularly for the heart, which is why it's also known as the heart's plant. Hawthorn leaves are rich in flavonoids, important vasodilators that make it a gentle restorative for the heart. It has the ability to regulate heartbeats or rhythm (arrhythmias and dysrhythmias, among others), becoming an excellent sedative that acts at the circulatory level, improving the nutrition of the heart muscle. It is necessary in cases of poor circulation, nervousness, insomnia, anxiety, hot flashes, vertigo, and irritability caused by menopause; it is also indispensable in cases of high blood pressure, heart palpitations, or heart weakness.

Ingredients:

Humectant: glycerin (E 422), water, dry extract of Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., leaves), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E 202) and sodium benzoate (E 211).

Instructions for use:

1ml three times a day, alone or dissolved in water. Keep in a cool, dry place.
