Glycerinated extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) from Sotya. Valerian is an herbaceous plant whose root has been widely used in traditional European phytotherapy.

Ingredients: Valerian extract with 0.01% total valerenic acids in a glycerin base.

Instructions for use: 10-15 drops, dissolved in a glass of water or juice, 1-3 times a day.
