Presentation and composition 720mg Pearls : Packs of 450 pearls of 720mg with 500mg of non-GMO soy lecithin oil, in a gelatin and glycerin capsule. Properties: Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides obtained by washing vegetable oils with water. The most common phospholipids in this mixture are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, although inositol, serine, and phosphatidic acid phospholipids are also important. Phospholipids are the basic cellular building block, since cell membranes are composed of them. Lecithin is best known for its ability to form transport lipoproteins, which enables it to reduce blood cholesterol levels, protecting the body from atherosclerosis. Due to its choline content, an essential compound for the proper functioning of the nervous system, since it is a precursor to acetylcholines.
