OMEGA 3 FORTE EPA + DHA 60 PHYSALIS CAPSULES

Food supplement based on Physalis fish oil with polyunsaturated fatty acids or mega 3 EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) in a natural EPA/DHA ratio of 1.5.

Currently, our diet generally provides us with more omega-6 than omega-3. Therefore, supplements rich in EPA and DHA are recommended. DHA supports healthy brain function and vision (**the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure and triglyceride levels (the beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 3 g and 2 g of EPA and DHA, respectively).

• Fish oil 1500 mg
• EPA 540 mg
• DHA 360 mg
• Vitamin E (250%*) 30 mg

Instructions for use:

• Cardiac function 1 capsule a day
• Eye and brain development in fetuses and infants: 2 capsules daily
• brain function 3 capsules a day

Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Daily intake of EPA + DHA should not exceed 5g. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry place away from light.
