Physalis Osteo Total contains silicon extracted from bamboo, a natural, plant-based source. Silicon is an essential component of the connective tissue found in bones and cartilage. Osteo Total® contains Aquamin® (Lithothamnium calcareum), derived from red algae, rich in calcium and highly bioavailable; a 100% natural mineral complex classified as a "whole food" for its content of magnesium, iron, and more than 70 other minerals and microelements. Calcium is necessary for maintaining skeletal strength and is perfectly complemented in this supplement by vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D is essential for strong bones and teeth. Furthermore, vitamin D3 increases the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K2 MK-7 activates osteocalcin, a protein that transports calcium to the bones and prevents it from stagnating in the blood vessels.

Vitamin C is also included in the formula to increase iron absorption and ensures collagen formation. The zinc, manganese and magnesium in this formula are present in their most bioavailable form (zinc bisglycinate, manganese citrate and magnesium citrate ), helping to maintain a healthy skeletal system .

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with meals and a little water. Not recommended for use by people taking coumarin anticoagulants. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry place away from light.
