The main functions of Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) are numerous. As an immunostimulant, increasing the number and efficiency of white blood cells. Anti-inflammatory, useful in rheumatoid arthritis, various types of arthritis, bursitis, rheumatism, lupus and fibromyalgia. Antioxidant, effective in inflammatory and cancerous processes, fever and exposure to ionizing radiation. Antimutagenic, therefore useful in cancer, preventing metastasis.
