Composition Vegetable capsules: 60 vegetable capsules of 600mg, with 500mg of Valeriana officinalis with 0.3% valerenic acid. Properties: The root of the valerian plant is used. Thanks to the combined action of all its compounds, it has been used since ancient times to calm nerves, tachycardia, insomnia, and migraines. It acts as a central nervous system sedative, anticonvulsant, and sleep inducer. The alcoholic extract also works against stomach pain. It is recommended for cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics or seizures, headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms, and menopause. Directions for use: The dosage varies greatly, depending on the condition to be treated. For insomnia, 2-3 pearls or capsules are recommended before bedtime. In cases of nervousness and hyperactivity, this dose can be increased up to four times throughout the day. Do not administer for long periods of time without breaks. Warnings: Do not administer during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May interact with barbiturates, benzodiazepines, antihistamines, and alcohol. If gastric discomfort occurs, reduce the dose. Excessive doses may cause nervousness and insomnia.
