Composition Vegetable capsules: 60 vegetable capsules of 600mg, with 500mg of Valeriana officinalis with 0.3% valerenic acid. Properties: The root of the valerian plant is used. Thanks to the combined action of all its compounds, it has been used since ancient times to calm nerves, tachycardia, insomnia, and migraines. It acts as a sedative of the central nervous system, an anticonvulsant, and a sleep aid. The alcoholic extract also acts against stomach pain. It is recommended for cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics or seizures, headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms, and menopause. Directions for use: The dosage varies greatly depending on the condition to be treated. For cases of insomnia, 2-3 pearls or capsules are recommended before bedtime. Liquid extract: 10-15 drops. In cases of nervousness and hyperactivity, this dose can be increased up to four times a day. Do not administer for long periods of time without breaks. Warnings: Do not administer during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May interact with barbiturates, benzodiazepines, antihistamines, and alcohol. In case of gastric discomfort, reduce the dose. Excessive doses may cause nervousness and insomnia.
