Valerian with passionflower is sedative, antispasmodic, and soporific. It acts as a mild anxiolytic , without the side effects of other preparations. It induces sleep naturally without side effects such as drowsiness and depression. It has a sedative action, which is why it is used in drug and alcohol detoxification treatments; and it helps reduce the frequency and intensity of epileptic seizures.

Due to its antispasmodic effect of relaxing muscles, it is recommended for menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhea, and stomach pain. It is also recommended for cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics, or seizures; headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms, and menopause.

Ingredients:

Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., flower), coating agent (capsule): cellulose, maltodextrin. Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b).

• Valerian extract 750mg
• Passionflower extract 750mg

Instructions for use:

Take 2 or 3 capsules in the morning and at night, or just before bed. Store in a cool, dry place.
