Instructions for use:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Let it steep for 7-9 minutes—or longer for a more intense flavor. Add milk and sweeten to taste. To best enhance the turmeric, we recommend preparing it as "Golden Milk": simply boil the tea bag in milk (100°C). For safe consumption, let it steep for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
